Shipping & Tracking
How long is processing time?
We typically process orders in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing starts after your payment is confirmed.
What are the delivery times?
Domestic (Costa Rica): Standard delivery in 5–8 business days after shipping.
International: Standard delivery in 8–18 business days after shipping (customs may add time).

How do I track my order?
When your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you need help, contact us and include your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it—what now?
First, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/security. If it doesn’t appear, contact us—we’ll help coordinate with the carrier.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return window?
Manufacturing defect warranty: 30 days from delivery.
Day 0–3: free identical replacement; if out of stock, refund to original method.
Day 4–7: exchange or store credit (gift card).
Day 8–30: store credit or exchange.
After 30 days we cannot process requests.

What items are eligible?
Items must be unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and in perfect condition. Final sale/clearance and personalized items are not returnable unless defective.
Are food items returnable?
Natural food: no returns if the package was opened or if cold chain was not maintained. We replace or refund only when the food arrives damaged or incorrect.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer sends the item for inspection (prepaid). If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we cover the shipping of the replacement. We don’t accept cash-on-delivery returns.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days on the original payment method (bank/issuer timelines may vary).
Orders & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered preparation, we’ll do our best to cancel or modify it. Once prepared/shipped, please use our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy work?
We offer subscriptions (recurring deliveries), pre-orders (items coming soon), and some try-before-you-buy programs. Management/cancellation depends on status and timing. Full details: Purchase Options — Cancellation Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and secure digital payments supported at checkout. Charges are captured in your order currency; taxes, shipping, and duties (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
Sizing & Products
How do I measure my dog?
Measure neck (collar base), chest girth (widest point behind front legs), and back length (base of neck to tail base). If between sizes, size up and adjust closures. See our full guide: Size Guide.
Do you offer exchanges for size?
Yes—within the return window and if the item is unused with tags and original packaging. Start a request via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
Which fabrics are best for each season?
