Shipping Policy
Clear shipping timelines and tracking for a smooth experience. Standard domestic delivery in 5–8 business days; international in 8–18 business days.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During launches or high volume, processing may take a little longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped (processing time not included). Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier workload, weather, or customs.

Shipping Costs
- Domestic & International: rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
- From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions; terms will be clearly displayed on-site.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. You can also follow your package on our tracking page.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship domestically within Costa Rica and to selected international destinations.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations where carriers cannot deliver.
- Certain items may have destination-specific restrictions (e.g., oversized packages or materials regulated by customs).
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged on arrival: Please keep all packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim, then email us at ventas@mydoggiefood.com with photos so we can assist.
- Marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors/security and wait 24 hours; if it doesn’t appear, contact us.
- Late delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimate above, write to us within 30 days and we’ll help where possible.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs; however, we’ll support you to resolve issues quickly.
Split Shipments
To speed up delivery or due to inventory, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
