Purchase Options — Cancellation Policy
Some items may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This page explains how to change or cancel those purchases.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions include recurring deliveries based on the term and frequency you select.
- Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be billed per delivery, unless you choose to pay upfront.
- Some plans auto-renew at the end of the term. If you don’t want to renew, cancel before the next renewal/charge date.
- You can modify or cancel anytime before the next charge. Use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription or contact us.
- Changes made after a charge has been captured will take effect from the next cycle.
Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are purchases for products that are out of stock or coming soon. At checkout we may either (a) charge nothing and securely store your payment method, or (b) charge a partial deposit. The remaining amount (or full amount) will be charged on a future date when your order is prepared for shipment.
- You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet entered preparation/fulfillment. Deposits are refunded to the original payment method.
- If a pre-order is already prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled; you may request a full or partial refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Estimated ship dates are guidance only and may change due to production or logistics.
Try-Before-You-Buy
For eligible items, you can try products at home during a short evaluation window.
- At checkout we place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method (not a charge).
- If you keep the item beyond the trial end date, we will capture the charge automatically.
- To return within the trial, send the item back in unused condition, with tags and original packaging, following the instructions in your confirmation email.
- Items returned with wear, damage, odors, or missing tags/packaging may be ineligible for refund under try-before-you-buy.
- Shipping fees for returns under this program may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All inspections and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How to Cancel or Modify
- Open your order confirmation email and click the “Manage” link to adjust subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy settings; or
- Contact us with your order number at ventas@mydoggiefood.com or WhatsApp +506 8800 0378.
Requests received after an order has entered preparation or shipped will apply to the next cycle or be handled under our returns policy.
General Notes
- We may limit eligibility by product or region and can discontinue these options at any time.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post funds after approval.
- This policy works together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.
